Error Msg :Unable to connect to remote server

Question

I have ticked the Capability to Internet in the Manifest for this app which is to access webservice from a PC for local testing. Both Surface WinRT and PC are linked to a local WiFi (LAN) .  When trying to access, I got the error msg:

Error Msg :Unable to connect to remote server

What I need to do ?

Try the Private Networks capability.

1. Would like to know what if I select all : internet, Private Network. Internet(Client server)

2. Would like to know if Window Update auto update VS  for this requirement?  I did testing 2 days ago, it was OK. Today the connection broke.

3. What is the diff between Internet and internet ( Client Server ) in manifest?
