Buyed product disappear when user update phone from 8.0 to 8.1

  • We have a problem with one of our product.
    Some user told us that - when they - update phone from 8.0 to 8.1 our product disappear (or after reinstall).
    We try to reproduce this problem on our devices, but can't.

    What we need to do to check or localize the problem?
