Not able to push email profile to Windows 10 Mobile RRS feed

  • Question

  • Hi,

We are providing MDM solution to Windows Phone Users.
We are able to add  MDM account & push Passcode policy on both Windows Phone 8.1 & Windows 10 Mobile devices.
We are able to Push email profile on Windows Phone 8.1 devices using Exchange ActiveSync CSP (Configuration Service provider)

We are not able to Push the email Profile on Windows 10 Mobile.

I have compared both Version CSP's both are exactly same ,still not able to push the email profile .

Are there any changes in the procedures for Windows 10 Mobile?

Please find below the ActiveSync CSP.

  • There's a bug in the ActiveSync CSP that I don't know why Microsoft haven't fixed yet. You need to also pass the "Domain" parameter, even though it is optional, otherwise the provisioning fails.
