Vairous organizations have various methods of achieving this:

Take a look at: http://www.elucidata.com/refs/sdlc.pdf

In theory, you could document any aspect of a system with some or other UML artifact. Exactly which models need to be produced depends on the specific problem at hand, and what really *needs* to be documented -- which is to say, as a rule of thumb, that if you get in trouble with this or that side of a system without documenting it, then you have the right/need to document that side of it.

That said, you would document a web application very much like you would document any software system, maybe just with some specific focus on the user interface flow, where User Interface Flow Diagrams and User Interface Prototypes come very handy.

Yes, what/how to document depends on internal practices, habits and skills, but -unless you work in a formal environment instead of an agile one, which does not sound to be your case- it even more depends on the characteristics of the *specific project* at hand.

If I get you right, there is no document that alone will completely specify a whole web application. That said, have you tried with an Internet search? There are lots of tutorials and examples. Have a look, here is a starting point:

Yes i know.

I really appreciate an example of:

• Requirement Analysis
• Use case
• UX Design (User Experience)
• Architecture Design ( Class diagram, and WAE uml for user interface build)
• Data Layer (E/R database schema)

..thanks!

A quick look on Google and Wikipedia has come up with:

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Requirements_analysis

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Software_architecture

www.cs.rpi.edu/~hollingd/sdd/text/CH10.PPT

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Entity-relationship_model

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/User_experience_design

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Use_case

Most of these come with citations which show further reading that may well be worthwhile looking into.

Sorry but it is unclear what is missing here, because the web is full of examples, so all you really need is do some searching and digging (and possibly improve your search skills?).

For instance, try these in your favourite search engine:

"sample uml diagrams"
"sample erd diagrams"
"sample interface flow diagrams"
et cetera.

Anyway, at this point, I am no more sure I am getting your question correctly...

I am sorry to see you were unhappy with the responses. There was a lot of good information provided already that should help you. As I see it, you want a real world example of UML implemented for a web application. As suggested you could do some digging on the internet and find examples of UML implemented in a web application. The one below is a few years old, but gives examples of implementing UML for a web application:

Modeling Web Application Architectures with UML:

http://www.deetc.isel.ipl.pt/programacao/Programacao_Inv_2004_2005/ti/Documentacao/webapps.pdf

The above has concrete examples on implementing UML for a web application. In general, when I can not find it on the web, I would recommend looking to some books that cover UML. I can not remember specific ones off hand, but there are several UML books that give concrete examples (not just theory) as applied to a web applications.
