MaxReceivedMessageSize RRS feed

  • Question

  • I get a large dataset from a SOAP-Servíce with following Code:

    getDocumentRequest docRequest = new getDocumentRequest(file.id, docId);
    getDocumentResponse docResponse = await docInterface.getDocumentAsync(docRequest);

    but I get the following error message in the second line:

    [System.ServiceModel.CommunicationException] = {"The maximum message size quota for incoming messages (65536)
    has been exceeded. To increase the quota, use the MaxReceivedMessageSize property on the appropriate binding
    element."}

    How can I increase the quota in metro-style. I have found any solution for this problem in Web.

    Thanks

  • Hi Lowterm - there's not a solution for this in DP.  MaxReceivedMessageSize should be configurable in the next version.

  • Hi Matt,

    thanks for your reply. The "docResponse" should be stored in a file. Is there another way to save the return value directly to a file? How can I save a byte-Array to a file?

    Thanks
