Running Hyper V server on Azure cloud server

Question

If I purchase a Microsoft Azure Cloud server, could I install Hyper V and run VM's on it?

Hi Jim,

Nested Hyper-V - running the Hyper-V role within a Hyper-V guest - will not work. This is true both with on-premises Hyper-V and also with the Virtual Machines feature in Windows Azure.
