Sending Meeting Invitation To Users via Email and also edit Calendar Column Properties RRS feed

  • Dear All,

    I have a SharePoint application that uses a Calendar to create Meeting Invites. Once the Meeting is created and saved an automatic email should be sent with desired subject to all specific users. Anyway to achieve this?

    And also by default lot of columns are there in calendar.I need to delete those and i need specific columns as if in a document library. 

    I am new to SharePoint. Please help. 1000 thanks in advance for the willing mind :)
