  • Hello,

    I have just found out that the following page renders incorrectly on my HTC HD7 device (Mango update). I see it as a clean white page w/o any web control or something so I can't complete registration process. I'm sure that I have internet connection, also other HV pages are rendered correctly. Could you please check this issue? I will be happy to provide you with any additional information. Thank you.


    1. Note1. This issue is repro only on a real device (shows correctly on wp7 sim).

    2. Note2. I didn't see this issue previously (same device), it could be HV platform issue or because of Mango update (not sure, don't have other WP7 device to check).

  • This page renders correctly on my non-mango phone.

    Can you tell me what happens in the Mango emulator (I don't have mango tools installed yet).

  • Still see this issue - OS version: 7.10.7712.60. If I switch Desktop browser mode in Settings->Internet Explorer the page renders correctly.

    Just checked my version of WP7 development tools - it is WP7.0 version, not Mango as I previously though. Will install Mango tools and figure out what happens on simulator - will be able to do so in a day or two.

  • On your phone, can you hit -> whatsmyuseragent.com and send us what mango's browser is sending? I'm guessing the new user agent string might be failing some of our mobile browsers detection file.

  • Just tested on WP7.1 tools. Unfortunately Internet Explorer crashes when opening this page (other HealthVault pages are rendered correctly).

    Mango Emulator User Agent:

    Mozilla/5.0 (compatible; MSIE 9.0; Windows Phone 7.5; Trident/5.0; IEMobile/9.0; Microsoft; XDeviceEmulator)

    We are actively investigating this issue with Mango browser. It might take some time to find the root cause and have a fix in our upcoming release.
