How can I change the register requirement

I want to be admin. and only one able to log in to add photos and make changes online. So I want to take out the registration I guess. But I also want it to load with the photos and changes I've made. I don't want anonymous users to have to log in to see web. What is easiest way to do that?

Easiest way is to hide or remove the register link and then also rename the register.aspx page so folks can't just go to it.
