  • Is it possible to load third party applications with silverlight?
I have downloaded AddFlow from Lassalle and I'm trying to get it to load on silverlight. Does anyone have suggestions?

  • You're not going to be able to load that on the client until they make a SL version.

You could, possibly, use AddFlow on the server to create your graphs and such (if that's what you're using for) and export the graphs to pngs to be downloaded onto the SL client.

  • Well the problem is that I need this to work very soon.

Is there anyway to get activeX running inside silverlight?

  • What you can do is load an ActiveX control in your html, other than the SL control and have both of them running in the browser at the same time.  SL can communicate, through javascript or interop, to other objects on the page.  I don't know enough about AddFlow to know how well it will interact with other objects on the page.

  • There is now a Silverlight version of AddFlow.
