  • Hi lawranz,

    When press the Tab key, the focus will cycle through all elements. By using TabContainer, you can skip the elements which contains in the TabContainer.

    To use it, you can add following code:

    <script> function disableTab() { var tabContainer = new WinJS.UI.TabContainer(document.getElementById("divbox"), null); } </script> <body onload="disableTab()"> <textarea>Tab can reach here</textarea> <div id="divbox"> <textarea>Tab cannot reach here</textarea> </div>

  • Hi lawranz,

    Tabs? I'm not sure what you mean, can you tell a more detail scenario? Do you mean WinJS.UI.TabContainer object? Or some control like JQuery Tabs control?
