    Hi All,

I have created a new table to my database named  "tblEmployeeStatus". It created successfully in database.

But when I update my Entity model (.edmx) it show table with name tblEmployeeStatu. It removes the last "s" from the table.

I also created many tables in my database but did not find this issue with any tables.

Why it happens. If it happens the it should happen with all the tables why only this specific table.

    Please suggest

    Hi demoninside9,

But when I update my Entity model (.edmx) it show table with name tblEmployeeStatu. It removes the last "s" from the table.

You can try to delete tblEmployeeStatu from Model, then add it again, like below.

Please let "Pluralize or singularize generated object names" option unchecked.

    With Regards,

    Fei Han
