Report Error "Not enough memory for operation" RRS feed

  • Question

  • hello everyone,

    i am having a problem with my report generation. Any time i connect my application to an Access Database, my application generates the report smoothly with any problem but when i change the database to SQL server, i and try to do the same action, i receive this msg

    Run-time error 205000

    Not enough memory for operation.

    this is the code:

    If vDataType = False Then
    rptMulty.ReportFileName = vReportPath & "Voucher.rpt"
    rptMulty.ReportFileName = vReportPath & "Voucher2.rpt"
    End If

    'rptMulty.SQLQuery = "SELECT * FROM MasterTable where status = '0'"

    If rstNewMaster.BOF = False Or rstNewMaster.EOF = False Then rstNewMaster.MoveFirst
    Do Until vCount = vPrintQty

    rptMulty.SelectionFormula = "{MasterTable.Serial}= " & rstNewMaster("Serial")
    rptMulty.Destination = crptToPrinter
    rptMulty.Action = 1  ' This is were the problem is.
    vCount = vCount + 1
    rstNewMaster("Status") = "-1"

    I designed a new report file, with the sql database but still. i am using Seagate crystal report 8.

    i will greatly appreciate it if some one would help.

    Thank you.
