class.vsi file is opening in visual studio like binary file.

I am using visual studio 2015 community edition. I wants to install Classified Starter Kit in visual studio but when I download file and try to open it by double clicking it, visual studio content installer does not appears. class.vsi file directly open inside the visual studio like a binary code.

Right click on the file and change its extension to .zip. Then open it.

I did it and get all files but problem is I want to install this starter kit as a template in visual studio. 

Is there some way to install it manually in visual studio as a zip file then tell me.
