Sharepoint File - 500 Internal Server Error

Question

I'm using the SharePoint Online and I am calling the ExcelRest api. If I do a "Hard Reload" or call the server files again (window.location.reload(true)) then I get a 500 Internal Server Error on the file every 4 or so refreshes, even though it does exist.

Submit a bug report to MS. For a 500 error it's definitely a failure at their end.

How do I submit a bug, do you have a URL?

Log onto your portal at https://portal.office.com and then click on Support>Service Requests in the left navigation and click on the plus sign. Then work from there.
