Add a user to an existing on premises Service Fabric Cluster RRS feed

  • Question

  • On this documentation page it shows how to setup "Client Identities" which are users that can access the service fabric cluster (as either an admin or a normal user).

I need to add a user to my cluster, but I don't see a way to do it.  The only thing I can think of is to destroy my existing cluster and add a new one.  While I can do that now for my development/testing cluster, that is not going to work for my prod cluster.

I have to think that there is a way to do this.  Part of the main point of Service Fabric is high up time.  Having to rebuild the cluster every time I need a new user is bad.

Or... Does this support active directory groups?  Can I put a ServiceFabricAdmins group in there and all users in that group will get permissions?
