Move header when scrolling

Question

Does anyone know how to create the scrolling header effect which can be seen in the news app?

I have tried to updating the position of the header with the 'onscroll'-event, but the movement is not smooth.

I do not know if there is a sample of this anywhere.  I think you have the right idea though (to scroll the header).

Can you give more specifics of what your code is doing?  Perhaps we can optimize the scrolling.
