This morning, when I started Visual Studio 2005 I was startled to see an unknown project - outicon.exe. I tried closing the project but to no avail.
How did outicon.exe get embedded in VS 2005?What is the right forum in which to ask this question?

It is likely a byproduct of Visual Studio Debugger. Discuss in http://social.msdn.microsoft.com/forums/en-US/vsdebug/threads/.
