SharePoint 2010 Performance Counters for Memory

Question
-
Hello Good Afternoon!!
I searched alot, and found out the following counters, that would help for finding out memory pressure on WFEs and App Servers:
They are:
\Memory\Page Faults/sec
\Memory\Pages Input/sec
\Memory\Page Reads/sec
\Memory\Pages/secBut I am in a fix here. I am unable to find the default threshold values for these counters along with a supporting reason for those values.
Any help here would be really appreciated.
Background:
My Client is using VM Ware based Virtual Servers. We have 2 APP, 3 WFE (LoadBAlanced), 1 SSRS and 2 SQL Servers (with distributed databases).
Thanks!
