File not found error

Question

Dears,

i am working with sharepoint 2007, i just upload the file in the document library i am getting the error, while file is on my local drive and still there.

1) What is the file you are uploading? (Master page, page layout, a document)

2) to what library you are uploading it?

3) when you get this error? After uploading, or when trying to view the uploaded file?

Hi , Firstly check whether the file you have uploaded to the library has been checked in and approved.

Also, I would suggest you to do the following to quickly debug and understand the exact problem, Please do check your logs to find the exact problem

in the web.config change the following  and check the page again.

customErrors Mode=”Off”

SafeMode CallStack=”True

I have same error even I simple try to upload new one text file 1 or 2 kb

Hi Rashid,

Have you got the file uploaded to the document library.

if so,  go that document and check whether you can see the uploaded file in that document library and let us know
