Win10 HLK 10114 - Driver Memory Test fail RRS feed

  • General discussion

  • Hi all,

    We are testing our device driver for Win10 with HLK 10114.

    It fails for the Driver Memory Test with an error code 0x0, message "The trace merge process is too long".

    Does anyone know more information about this test?

    The same driver works under Win7, 8, and 8.1 and it passes HCK tests (certified).

    server = Windows Server 2012 R2

    client = Windows 10 Pro Technical Preview build 10114 x64

    can we get the driver logo just by executing Compatibility test on driver.

    I think so, however, please better confirm this with Microsoft.

  • Use Win10 10135/10120, I always get a "The trace merge process is too long" failure. Even I use better HDD and larger memory. Is this caused by low cpu performance or storage throughput? My driver must run on Baytrail-m/Braswell platform.
