As my organization continues to use MS Project Professional and Server 2010 we are starting to accumulate a large number of project files. Is it possible to have these files in folders when retrieving the list of all projects from Project Server in
Project Professional? Specifically, we would like to create folders for each release within Project Server so that there is no confusion when selecting a project to open and also to condense the current list of project files.
I know that I can change view permissions for archived projects but we would like to have it more organized than that and I also don't want to restrict access for everyone from archived files as they are still referenced.
From my research i haven't found any way to do this yet, is this something we can do simply or is this not an option in Project 2010?
