if i select hour(s) and in textbox 1.5

  • Hi Niranjan,

You can't create a schedule of 1.5 hours, because the filed can only accept integer values. This is why it is rounded to 2 when you change focus from the textbox. But you should be able to create a schedule of 90 minutes. I have just done it on my machine.

Can you put a screenshot here?

    Hi Niranjan Bhat,

According to your description, I do some test in SQL Server 2008R2 and SQL Server 2012. In SQL Server 2012, you can set the daily frequency to 90 minutes. However, in SQL Server 2008R2, the maximum daily frequency of minutes is 60.  SSMS does not allow a Job Schedule to run every 90 minutes. The value is being restricted to less than 60 minutes. And many people submit this feedback, so We modify and expand the product features based on this need for the release of SQL Server 2012.

  • Recreate a new job step with following properties,

    Schedule Type : Recurring
    Frequency Occurs : Daily
    Recurs Every 1 day

    Daily Frequency:
    Occurs Every 90 Minutes

And use the default startdate and end date.
