[UWP]Lanching UWP app on device power ON

I wanted to design an UWP app which is like a GetStarted kind of app. This app shall launch automatically as the first app after the device is powered on.

This is not possible. An UWP cannot launch itself automatically at Windows startup. Please refer to the following thread for more information: http://stackoverflow.com/questions/35940683/uwp-app-start-automatically-at-startup

The user's most frequently used apps may be launched in background the when the available system resources allow though:
