DBA attribute not behaving as expected RRS feed

  • Hello,

    I have an attribute (DBA) which should provide a dropdown like this one:

    

    However, it is behaving differently, like this:

    Can anyone help me understand what I am doing incorrectly?

  • Hi SQL Wayne,

    I am sure you would have had more number of values for this Reporting code compared to office code .

    its called DBA Picker , it will be shown if you have more number of values to be showed in DBA . using this picker you can apply the required filter ( like show me only with name starts with A) and then only the filtered values will be shown in the drop down .

    I guess my question is why does it not display like a Pick List. All of the other DBA's display that way.

  • Hi wayne,

    As mentioned, it depends on the number of values you have for that DBA , the picker has other functionality inside like filter attribute based on different criterions ( like starting with, like, contains etc) . Picker will be shown only if you have more number of values in your DBA .
