Stacked Bar with Point

How can one display Stacked bar with a point on it displaying current value? Eg. I am trying to display 'Horizontal Bar' with a point on it.

 I want to plot logged in user's BP value. How can that be pointed in graph?

Accroding to your description,I couln't understand where the point vaule comes from. I suggest you could try to provide some example data.

Actually I had displayed stacked bar to display BP (ie High, low, normal value) something like below. Now after displaying the same, I want to display logged in User BP using a point on the graph created.

Accroding to your description,I couldn't understand your requirment clearly.Could you tell us what your xAxes and yAxes?Is the User BP data or label?
