Exchange 2010 / outlook 2010 prompts for password AFTER the client has been connected for a few hours RRS feed

  • Hello,

    We are experiencing a strange issue where users are being prompted for their password a few hours after they have been signed in and connected to outlook. It is random, does not happen to everybody, and it doesnt happen at the same time for those it does affect. I didnt see anything in our logs that stood out as the culprit. Entering the password sometimes works and sometimes doesnt, and restarting outlook always fixes the issue.

    Any ideas?
