fm radio

    Question

  • Hi.

I try to make my first windows phone 8.1 appliation. It will be simple fm radio. After reading some articles I found Microsoft.Devices.Radio namespace in Microsoft.Phone.dll assembly.

But when I create  Windows Phone app (with runtime), I am getting error: Cannot find type System.SystemException in module mscorlib.dll
When I create Windows phone silverlight 8.1 app, i cannot add Microsoft.Phone.dll because it require *.Camera.dll: Type universe cannot resolve assembly: Microsoft.Devices.Camera, Version=0.0.0.0, Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=24eec0d8c86cda1e.

Please help! I don't understand what application type i have to use for create fm radio application and how to connect Microsoft.Devices.Radio namespace.

    Thanks.

PS I use VS 2013 Community Edition with installed SDK and test app on Nokia Lumia 820

All the needed references are automatically added when you create Silverlight Windows Phone application, because Microsoft.Devices.Radio namespace is found at Windows.Phone library.

So, i don't need other assemplies for work with devices in Windows phone silverlight 8.1 app
