Sharepoint 2013 designer workflows RRS feed

  • Question

  • Hi!

I need to create a workflow for the below scenario.

We have different fields in a list. One among them is User(People picker). When an item is created in a list, we need to break inheritence and remove current permissions for current item and a person who is in User field need to get granted an edit access. We use designer 2013 currently and we need to implement this scenario in designer 2013 but no in 2010.

Can someone help me with this?

    Regards,

    Susmitha Katreddy.

  • Hi Susmitha,

You need to use REST api in designer workflow. Here is a similar thread  -
