  • Can't say exactly. You need to scan your XAML for that wrong entry.

    Probably you can comment entire thing and then start uncommenting part by part and mean while check the designer shows correctly.

  • It means, your code is trying to access a method which either doesn't exist or the specified parameters are not correct.

  • To know what caused that exception, examine the InnerException property of the TargetInvocationException.
