  • It seems like the ESB Alert Service is trying to send an email to an invalid email address. Maybe you have specified an invalid address somewhere (or maybe you haven't specified it, so that the address is empty).

"The specified string is not in the form required for an e-mail address"

  • This error is certainly to with the email ID the ESB notification. Check whether these emailID are either active or in proper format.

    Under Alerts:

Navigate to the ESB Management Portal http://localhost/ESB.Portal

Check you have any alerts configured, if so check its settings for email configured.

    Fault Setting notifications:

You would also configure emails in Fault settings, check email ID configured is of proper:

Navigate to the ESB Management Portal http://localhost/ESB.Portal
On the menu bar, choose Admin >> Fault Settings,

You shall see some email ID (If configured) under “Alert Email Options”
