Issue on the new Azure portal? RRS feed

  • I think I have found a bug in the new Azure portal. This bug is related to cloud services and the remote desktop.

    To reproduce the issue:
    1. upload a cloud service with 1 instance (it does not matter if you use the classic or the new Azure portal), do not configure the remote desktop with the service configuration files
    2. once finished, enable the remote desktop connection with the Classic Azure Portal (the new portal does not support this feature yet)
    3. refresh the cloud service in the new Azure portal
    4. on the new Azure portal, click on the only instance of the just-uploaded cloud service, at this point the "connect" button should turn on, but it is grayed.
    5. on the classic portal the connect button turns correctly on.

    I was able to repro this issue and had similar scenario as explained by you. I will bring this to our product team for further update on this. Please stay tuned. However, you could still use Classic portal.
