Azure free trial ending. Will this affect our Office 365 subscription?


  • We have an Office 365 Enterprise subscription (E3) and I recently signed up for a free trial of Azure, thinking that we'd need an Azure account to manage self-service password resets. However, as far as I can tell, that aspect of Azure doesn't require an Azure subscription or account if we have a qualifying Enterprise subscription in O365. Our Azure trial has expired and the account will be deleted in a few weeks.

    Can someone please tell me what, if anything, will happen to our O365 services when this happens, and will I still be able to set up self-service password management for our SharePoint Online/Office 365 users?
