Problem playing audio(mp3) file

I have the audio files stored on azure server.  One example of the sound file is

http://az88722.vo.msecnd.net/assets/1b6b0f8c-c68f-4f0c-9c2b-988b0743c258

I want to play such files on my page - on page load and on click of button.

I need such plugin which supports cross browser and cross platform. Including iPhone, ipad, android, windows etc.

With each and every version of each OS.

Any help is appriciated.

use embed tag
