    I want develop a web application for mobiles devices?

    Which is the best way to do it in Vstudio 2005? Are the mobile controls out of date?

    Is difficult add support for new mobile devices?

    Open Vs.net and select New Project, choose your language, and Pick Asp.NET mobile Web Application. 

    And No, its not out of date, and adding support should be as easy as obtaining a API or a library for your favourite mobile device.  Anything based on PocketPC is MS though, and VS will have lots of support for that!
