How to set sysgen variables? RRS feed

  • Set your SYSGEN variable in Project—>Properties—>Configuration Properties—>Environment dialog box of the VS2005.
     
    Also check out this blog post for various options of setting the environment variable.

  • Hi,

    I can set the sysgen_pcl and sysgen_printing to 1 in command prompt.But when I closed the command prompt in Windows embedded compact 7.0 and rechecked,the values are gone.It is showing "Environment variable sysgen_pcl not defined".Please help me.

  • Mathews_T, SYSGEN_PCL and SYSGEN_PRINTING are selectable in the Catalog, so by definition they are not within the subject of this thread at all.    You would be better off to select these in the Catalog.

  • Well, my good friend Luca tells me that I am wrong.   Apparently SYSGEN_PCL is not in the Catalog in 6.0 (which I don't have with me right now).
