BizTalk Server 2010 & JMS RRS feed

  • Question

  • Hi there,

Just a question, is there any JMS BizTalk Server 2010 adapter? Ideally I would like to have a Microsoft solution, I don't like to consider any other provider (JN Bridge for instance) mainly because, of the upgrade versions, support and so on

    Regards,

    Stefan

  • The ESB Toolkit provides some JMS capabilities. It is not an adapter solution as far as I know. Here is a link on it: http://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/ee250197(BTS.10).aspx. The install guide and ESB Toolkit help have some items to do for instllation as well. Here is another link: http://download.microsoft.com/download/9/C/5/9C5AEC46-717F-49B6-A7BC-36B0930B63FF/Installing%20BizTalk%202010%20ESB%20Toolkit%202.1.htm.

    Thanks,

  • Hi Stefan,

You cannot use ESB guidance because it only supports IBM MQ.   What I can tell you is that the JNBridge JMS Adapters for either .NET or BizTalk Server support any vendor's JMS server, including but not limited to: BEA WebLogic, GlassFish/OpenMQ, IBM WebSphere MQ, OpenJMS, Oracle Enterprise Messaging Service (OEMS), Pramati JMS Server, SonicMQ, Sun ONE Message Queue, and TIBCO EMS.

These Adapters also require absolutely no change to your existing JMS enterprise server.  We have supported hundreds of Microsoft customers for over ten years successfully realize their high performance interop requirements and we would welcome supporting your efforts as well if appropriate.  I think that you will quickly realize that we are a responsive and very customer focused company with robust technologies that have proven their value time and time again.

In this spirit, if you would like any more information, or to engage in a fully supported 30-day evaluation, please contact me directly and we will take good care of you.   Thanks in advance...

    Best regards,

    Paul

  • My general opinion from speaking to JN Bridge is they are very helpful. We have talked at a couple conferences. You should consider at least trying their product.

    Thanks,
