All the DF tests are failing at "DeviceStatusCheck" on WINRT tablet. RRS feed

  • Question

  • All the DF tests are failing on WINRT  at ""DeviceStatusCheck"

ex: for DF-PNP rebalance fail restart device test (certification)

    Fails from DeviceStatusCheck onwards.

Note: I have made sure the Device I am testing against is enumerated fine under device manager without any yellow bang.

  • ok, all of my storage cert "DF" tests are now failing. Ive rebuilt the HCK controller and SUT. Looking at my serve under test, all seems to be set correctly. What's broken now? I'm running QFE #9

  • I'll answer my own question: I dug into the "Browse Job Logs", logicalprocessors and found the test complaining that I had only (2) logical processors, need (4). Looking at my SUT, device manager, processors, I see yellow bangs against my Intel processors. Unsure how the drivers became corrupted? Fixing this by uninstall and reinstall seems to allow the DF tests to run.
