  • Why not working when I click Email button on office?

    And I have set the Default Apps.

    The E-mail button is from [File]-[share], and normally it will open Mail App.

  • where exactly Email button is located? It is on web page or Office desktop app? On web part standard way to open default mail client is to add link with href attribute set to mailto:{address}. Try to create the following test html page on your file system:

    <html>
    <body>
    <a href="mailto:somebody@example.com">Email</a>
    </body>
    </html>
    After that open it in browser and click Email link. Will default mail client opened after that? If no - default mail app may not be set correctly on your PC.
