I routed my domain name to work with azure hosting. Unfortunately now I can not get to see or recieve emails. I use to access my email on roundcude through godaddy.

But I can't do this any more. Please what is the solution to this problem. Am I suppose to continue viewing mhy emails on Godaddy or this now going to be azure. If I am now going to be viewing my email on Azure hosting how do I configure my email recieving platform to be able to access this emails send to my custom domain email address.

    Thanks alot

Ok, to clarify, you day you have changed your domain to use Azure. Is this only the web site service? Did you change your Mail Exchanger (MX) records to use something other than GoDaddy email services? Is Azure providing email services now? Also, did you contact GoDaddy by phone to ask if your mail configuration is setup correctly? The key thing is the email configuration and MX records do not necessarily have to change unless you are actually moving your email services away from GoDaddy. Whenever that is done, we can introduce some complications into the mail setup. If you can send me a private message, I can try to help you work out the details. I will need screen shots to help you diagnose the problem. I'll be waiting.
