outputHeader does not output header

    Question

  • I running the following locally, but the resulting file never has a header as expected.

    OUTPUT @UPDATES
    TO @debug1
    USING Outputters.Csv(outputHeader : true);

    Whether outputHeader is set to true or false, the outputted file is always identical. However, this works as expected on Azure. Is this a known issue?

    I'm on VS 2015 Update 3 with Azure SDK 2.9.6.
