Certain Apps Won't Open

Question
-
Problem just started happening where I can't get a lot of programs to actually run. Doesn't matter if I click in the metro interface or if I'm in the traditional desktop and try to run my pinned programs. Things like Zune, Steam, Ventrilo, Spotify etc... all act like they are going to load and nothing comes up.
If I ctrl+shit+esc and bring up the task manager the applications all appear under background processes their status set to suspend.
I had this happen before with just Spotify, but everything else worked. Now today it seems like multiple program won't load even after a reboot. Any suggestions?
PS: This isn't the issue of not having the correct specs. My specs are fine, and my monitor is 1920x1080. Problem is a recent one, and everything was all good until this.- Edited by Vanillalite Tuesday, November 22, 2011 7:10 AM

Is so enable it. Try to run SFC SCANNOW and see If that failed try Refresh PC it's like a Repair Install on old version of Windows
