Foreign Key Field Doesn't Display DisplayName Attribute Values RRS feed

I have an Orders table that has two FK references to the Address table: one for the billing address and the other for the shipping address. When I add the DisplayName attribute to the BillingAddressID and ShippingAddressID properties the value I set in the DisplayName attribute does not appear on the Details page for the Order table.

I was looking at this post and saw a suggestion of adding a values to the IncludePaths property of the LinqDataSource, but when I try to put that line of code in the Page_Load of Details.aspx.cs the property doesn't appear in IntelliSense.

I am using Linq2Sql and have .NET 3.5/VS.NET SP1 RTM installed.

Please let me know if you have any ideas...

    Thanks,

    Craig

Try putting the attribute on the strongly-type BillingAddress and ShippingAddress navigation properties
