Monthly Reminder Email RRS feed

  • Hi,

    I'm not sure if this is possible or not,  but is there a way to setup a monthly reminder email to a group of people within SharePoint?
    Basically,  all I need it to do is send out a reminder email on the 1st of every month.  Letting them know that they need to submit their information to the list.   Maybe have a link back to the newform.

    Is there a way to do this?  At first I thought a workflow,  but after I thought about it that doens't seem right.  Since workflows nornally only fire once an item has been created/modified.    The built in alerts don't look like they would work either,  since I don't an option to fire on a monthly basis..
