Hi,
I "upgraded" to a new web host recently and despite an increase in processor cores and RAM over my last one, my websites are running slower and not faster. When I check the system resources I notice a lower percentage of RAM being used now and CPU utilization
is about the same despite running Windows Server 2019 instead of 2016. Resources appear well within limits, but when I look at my resource monitor I notice that the bandwidth graphs are towards to top.
Since the problem is not due to insufficient CPU or RAM resources could this be due to a bandwidth throttle? If so, what can be done about that?
