Afxmessagebox custom buttons RRS feed

  • Question

  • Hello

I am displaying afxmessagebox () for my app to get user input. But my monitor is a touch screen and no keyboard, mouse attached to it. So I need  bigger buttons for MB_OKCANCEL so that the user will find easier to touch on the buttons. How can I resize the buttons on the afxmessagebox? Any suggestions?

    Thanks

  • You could use the modal dialog instead.

You can't. Make a custom dialog that looks similar to the regular message box, but with larger buttons.

I don't know if it can do what you want, but XMessageBox at

is a much more flexible message box than the standard one.

  • You can check http://www.visualcpp.org/?p=55 for subclass MFC AfxMessageBox.
