Orphaned EDI Batch Cleanup RRS feed

  • Hi,

     

    When I run the Batch Status Report from the Admin console there are 2 batches with an "Active" status.  I have turned off the batching under the "Interchange Batch Creation Settings".  I think these batches are orphaned.  How can I delete them?

  • Hi Mike,

     

    Try opening the BizTalk admin console, go to BizTalk Group node on the left pane and try refreshing the page (F5). There you would see all suspended service instances. You will also find the suspended batch instance if it is there.

    There are no suspended service instances.  I terminated the instances but the batches show active.
