Integration of Softphone with CCF 2009 RRS feed

  • Hi,

    I have had a look at all the related posts discussing on the integration of softphone with agentdesktop and found that none of these posts are concluded with a satisfying answer to the original issues raised.

    I have configured CTI and AgentDesktop as per the instructions given in Installation and Administartion guide.Moreover I have also followed the checklist mentioned in the following thread,

    I have given the phone settings as <Computer Name> (not full computer name ie without domain name) and Jane (3331)

    Under General Settings CTIType is given as 2 (for TAPI)

    All settings in Phones and Modem are fine . Area Code is given as "0".

    When AgentDesktop is loaded I can see the Phone menu enabled.

    When I try to make a call from Softphone (i.e  when customer Ann Marie Walsh tries to call Agent Jane(3331)) , it says "Ringing" in softphone and not "Connected" . I was expecting to "Answer" the call from AgentDesktop.

    Please help.
