Internal Server Error (500) - Cannot upload to Azure Blob Storage RRS feed

  • Hello everyone,

    I have a project that upload video files to azure storage as blob. Everything going fine when I was in free trial subscription. Then today I upgrade my subscription to Pay as you go, but when i trying to upload the files. I tooks a long time then i got the exception : "The remote server returned an error (500) internal server error"

    I have search this topic, but didn't match with any topic.

    Help me, please

    This is weird, there may be something wrong with your account, and I suggest you contact with support, it's free, and it's the best choice for you. Please contact support team by creating a support ticket at http://www.windowsazure.com/en-us/support/contact/
    Or if that doesn't work because you don't have an active subscription you will need to contact general customer support to have them create a support ticket for you http://support.microsoft.com/gp/customer-service-phone-numbers?wa=wsignin1.0

    Can you sign in windows azure manage portal after upgrade your subscription? Have you tried to upload video files to new azure storage account? This issue only happened on the storage account that was created before upgrade?

    I can sign to manage portal after I upgrade. I make new storage and I've got new key. I already configuring all connection but it's still displaying the same message.
