C# Edit controls inside of hub

    Question

  • I am making an app that will help you with complex geometry problems. To make this app work well on all screens, I want to put all of the controls inside a hub so it will scroll nicely on whatever layout.  I noticed that when I put controls inside of a hub section, it seems to be "invisible" in the c# code so I can do nothing with the input.  Is there a way around this or do I have to find a different way to display the information?

  • Data binding is your friend here. You shouldn't need to address the controls directly. Alternatively, you could design your hub sections as UserControls.

See the XAML Hub control sample for examples of typical hub control patterns.
